Preferences are not Saved an old bug but still in 13.0.4

Hello 

 

I mentioned this before  and here but I guess it is better to explain it in another context than it was. 

 

 

I found some preferences which are NOT saved.

 

1. Notes: Every time I open the preferences for notes the Standard is not saved. 

 

I open 

 

I change to  

 

I press OK then I Press Anwenden 

 

After I open it again it is again on

I don't know why Accordance refuse to save the preferences. But I know this should be fixed.
