And because the interface may still change, we're not showing screenshots or demos yet. But I can tell you, it looks really good! From a guy who 'til recently was Mr. Zipperlips, these hints are pretty suspicious. 😁

At this point, I don't believe even the angels in heaven know what that will be 🙂 Right now the beta is on a staging site address, on an entirely separate domain, that under blood oath, I cannot reveal. 2

Solly
I am just excited to read that it is out of alpha stage and now in beta testing. Hopefully it will soon be in release candidate status. —Joseph the Hopeful

Most Accordance employees don't even have access to it.

Gary Wissel
Just read through this thread and have to say I am excited by the prospect of a web app for Accordance. I envision using this on a Chromebook and being able to leave my more expensive toys in the office or at home while out and about. Also would be a huge thing for my parents, as expensive computers are no longer a thing they have/can have. The thought of a Chromebook for them is very exciting. Thanks Accordance and your team for listening. I love that you all really do care and are involved in these forums too. Michael Hunt
Inigo Montoya: You have a great gift for rhyme. Fezzik: Yes, yes, some of the time. Vizzini: Enough of that. Inigo Montoya: Fezzik, are there rocks ahead? Fezzik: If there are, we all be dead. Vizzini: No more rhymes now, I mean it. Fezzik: Anybody want a peanut? 2
Nathan Parker
I prayed and asked Jesus to tell me when an Accordance Web App could be coming, and the reply I received was that even the Son doesn't know the hour or the day, only the Father.
Nathan Parker
I can see Chromebooks being a really handy way to use an Accordance Web App. They're heavily deployed in some schools and some instances where low-cost machines are needed, and these machines are a great target market for an Accordance Web App. There are also other great uses for an Accordance Web App: managed computers where users may need to access their library on a machine they're not allowed to install apps on, and if a user was on-the-go away from their primary machine and borrowing a machine somewhere and needed to access their Accordance library. I'll also test such a web app on my Linux machine for the fun of it, as it will likely be useful when I'm on my Linux machine. This is definitely an area that will make Accordance more accessible for a wide variety of users, and I'm looking forward to the day of its arrival (and hope it arrives before Jesus returns!).

Pastor Jonathan
I have been following this thread and wanted to follow up. As a strict Linux user this would be a MAJOR boost, not just for Chromebook users and managed devices but for Linux users as well. Anything I can help with to speed this up? Would love to ditch VM's. I can picture a cross of Bible Gateway and Blue Letter Bible but with a login that has our library and all resources available. Any closer to an ETA? Thanks.
R. Mansfield
Every day is closer to ETA, but we don't yet have an ETA set. All I can tell you is that the project is still in current development.
