Strange behavior when going to reading mode

Accordance 13.0.2

 

When trying to use reading mode, Accordance brings up a full-screen ESVs workspace, hides the contextual menu bar and causes errors in other workspace windows.  I must then close the app and restart to get Accordance to behave correctly.

 

This happens both when using contextual menu and shortcut "control R" to launch reading mode.
