StephenK Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 My friend installed his copy of Accordance on my computer so I could check it out and I love it. So I removed Accordance from my applications folder and deleted the accordance files folder from my documents. I bought the program and did the install. Now when I load up the program, I find modules/bibles that I don't have still show up in the drop-down menus. If I click on them, it brings up a box that wants me to find the file for the module. Is there some way to remove modules that I don't have from the lists? Thanks!
Helen Brown Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 Go to your user/Library/Preferences and delete the Accordance Preferences folder. Restart Accordance and you should get a new set of preferences based on the master set in the new Accordance folder. Thank you for being honest!
Ron_Adams Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Hi, Helen I would like t reinstall the primary 8 dvd because things are buggy. When I try to look a the maps. I receive a dialogue box asking for a location and that I must open maps first. I believe my initial installation was done incorrectly. When I tried to enter my code, I receive msg that the code was already used. How can I do a reinstall? Thank you, Ron
Helen Brown Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 We have two Ron Adams on our database, but neither has the Atlas of Graphics DVD. the maps must be purchased separately. So it may be that your installation is not buggy. If you really want to deinstall, you can remove: Applications: Accordance folder ~user/Library/Preferences/Accordance Preferences ~user/Documents/Accordance files I suggest that you call our tech support to verify that everything that you should have is properly installed.

Thank you Helen, I spoke with your tech support and I need to purchase the atlas program. I was use to using PC bible and I'm finding Accordance to be much better. I have totally exited the Windows world and PC Bible was the last hold out. Thanks for Accordance, which I believe will meet my needs for years to come. Thanks again, Ron Adams
