JohnO Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 I decided to do a reinstall of Accordance and modules. I "zapped" it using appzapper. I restarted. The first attempt stopped at 1693 files left. The second attempt the same. The third attempt stopped at 793. If I bring up the force quit application list, it shows Library7 installer-1 not installing. When the mouse hovers over the dialog I get the spinning beach ball I remember when I received the program in January it took multiple attempts to get it to install. I just don't remember what it took to get it over the hump. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Helen Brown Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 I assume you are on a new Mac with Leopard. The good news is that we are working on new installers which are native on Mac Intel. That said, the old ones should work, and I do not know why this one isn't. Please try a different CD-ROM (Library 2 if you have Standard or Premier, Bible Unlock for your Bibles).
