Install Freezes

I decided to do a reinstall of Accordance and modules. I "zapped" it using appzapper. I restarted. The first attempt stopped at 1693 files left. The second attempt the same. The third attempt stopped at 793. If I bring up the force quit application list, it shows Library7 installer-1 not installing. When the mouse hovers over the dialog I get the spinning beach ball

 

I remember when I received the program in January it took multiple attempts to get it to install. I just don't remember what it took to get it over the hump. Any ideas?

I assume you are on a new Mac with Leopard. The good news is that we are working on new installers which are native on Mac Intel.

 

That said, the old ones should work, and I do not know why this one isn't. Please try a different CD-ROM (Library 2 if you have Standard or Premier, Bible Unlock for your Bibles). But first please download the 7.4.2 installer and install that first. Contact us off-list if you need the code for version 7.
