Brett K. Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 I've read several posts on the forum related to this problem and have tried every fix posted--nothing works. If I use any font other than Helvetica in User Notes, it is displayed as Hebrew. I've attached a screen shot. For example, I use Verdana for all of my Tools displays. I can have 10 panes open using Verdana, but if I try to use Verdana in my User Notes, it is displayed as Hebrew. I have a friend with Accordance and it is doing the exact same thing on his machine as well. Like I said, I've tried every solution I could find posted here. Anyone have any ideas? Helen Brown Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 We are looking into this problem, sorry I do not have an answer yet, except that Helvetica works.
rorygillespie Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 While not a total solution, one thing I've found that helped me is to go to Preferences > User Notes Window and check "Use default fonts in font menu." You'll now be able to use Helvetica, Times New Roman, Lucida Grande, etc. without any problems.
