Smith Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 After twice in the last few years having my user data disappear for no explicable reason via Dropbox/accordance and having sworn off ever using it again, for some reason I'm returning. Everyrhing seems fine on Mac and iPad. But the app crashes every time I try to sync with my iPhone. I've restarted the app, cleared all the caches, etc., unlinked and relinked with Dropbox. Scott Knapp Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 The Dropbox progress view shows the name of the file being synced and whether it is a download, an upload, a merge, etc. for each task. So for your task 1 that is crashing at the end, what kind of file is it (user note, user tool, highlight) and what is its name?
