Section Headings for Holmes's Apostolic Fathers

I just purchased Holmes's Apostolic Fathers, hoping that the section headings (The Martyrdom of Polycarp) might be included in one of the notes modules. I'm aware of the lack of inclusion of section/paragraph headings in Bible texts (and the many discussion on forums about that over the years), so the fact that headings were not in the AF text itself was no surprise. With the Bible, though, one can at least achieve a workaround by opening the Outlines of Bible Books.

 

Is there no way to access the section headings without a print edition of Holmes's volume handy? Are they somewhere in one of the AF modules and I'm missing them? If not, could they be perhaps added in to the notes modules at the appropriate verses/chapters?
