ukfraser Posted January 22, 2017 Share Posted January 22, 2017 Have you logged into your account on the ios device? It should be there in easy install along with anything else you have bought. ukfraser Posted January 22, 2017 Share Posted January 22, 2017 (edited) Are you sure its not already installed then? Look in texts. Mine has installed so there is nothing preventing it. ukfraser Posted January 22, 2017 Share Posted January 22, 2017 (edited) Have you tried syncing then from the mac book then. Boot up mac book and ipad. In ipad click on the round arrows and under accordance on mac select sync with ios and it should discover it and then you can decide what you want to sync.
