Distances on Atlas

Helen,

 

I'm having trouble calculating distances between locations in the Atlas. I use the option - click and drag to the next location, but I cannot get it to trace a line (it makes a selection box instead). Any suggestions? I have the data properly installed so far as I can tell.

Is the option key working in other settings in Accordance? Option-search on a tagged text or key number text, for example?
