Creating a file that is a link to a paragraph in accordance?

Is this possible? I know you can drag from safari to make a shortcut, surely there must be a way to make a file that is a shortcut into accordance.

 

(I have sets of files in folders, for class, some are PDF, some are Word, and in the cases where I have the resource in accordance, I don't want to have to make a file that is a pdf from accordance, but jump straight into accordance)

I believe this is possible:

 

1) Select some text where you'd like to and do Copy As -> Location URL.

 

2) Open Safari and paste the link into the address bar, but don't actually navigate there or press Return/Enter.

 

3) Select all of the text of the link.

 

4) Drag the selection to the finder.  Voila!  The resultant file will be named something like "read/___", but feel free to rename it.  Double click the file to open Accordance to the initial location.

 

I bet Joe Weaks or someone else could easily automate this process, as well.
