Greek syntax : specifier but not article

Hi ya,

I noticed while playing with the different ways to find the article in Hebrew and Greek syntax searches the following. Searching for specifier and for article, each alone in a Greek construct yields different numbers of hits. Then I did this search :

  This yields these hits :

I posted these as an image to preserve highlights. If anyone knows how to do that with a simple cut and paste operation I'd be grateful to know how.

In any case these hits look in main like mistags - are they ? The syntax diagram when opened for this verses also shows the same tagging where the article is adjacent to the word highlighted.  But in 2Cor 6:8 the highlighted hits are not tagged F in the syntax chart. Not sure what this issue is here.

Thx

D

You're right it doesn't repro. in the older Greek NT (tagged) but in the NA28 Greek NT it does.

Thx

I do not have this module. So I unfortunately can't experiment with it. Perhaps there is a bug with the NA28. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Perhaps in the meantime, try your searches with the Greek NT (tagged).

I'm guessing that something in the NA28 is throwing off the syntax-morph alignment. Marco should be made aware of this.

I had a similar issue with the latest HMT update and will be releasing an update to the Hebrew syntax soon.

This search is very useful to find misalignments. I will look into it. Thank you.
