Instant Details Default Tool

Hi,

 

I have recently started using Accordance for the first time. I have Accordance 11 Essentials, running on Windows 11. I would like to change the default tool that displays in the Instant Details Window. Currently, it displays Strong's definitions. I would like for it to display the Concise Dictionary of Classical Hebrew when I am using a Hebrew text, and Barclay's lexicon when I am using a Greek text.

I have tried moving those resources to the top of their lists in Library Tools. The only way that I can see how to pull them up in Instant Details is to press the Ctrl key. I would like to have these tools display without the need to press Ctrl.

Any help is appreciated.

This is a new preference area in v.11 that might be helpful to you. That said, I am unable to make it do what you are asking for without pressing 'Command'. Command-hover has always behaved that way for as long as I've been using Accordance.

You will find that Accordance has excellent customer service, they consider every request, and implement many of them.

As Paul said, these are now options in the Preferences: Amplify as long as the box to Override the defaults is checked.
