KB shortcut for triple click, revisited

Hello everyone.

As a service to new Windows users I am revisiting the old post, KB shortcut for Triple click, at

http://www.accordancebible.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1787&hl=%2Btriple+%2Bclick+%2Band+%2Bpain&do=findComment&comment=6581

The keyboard shortcuts for single and double clicking in Windows are the number #5 key and the + key on the number pad. If I hover my mouse over a word in the HB, LXX, or NT, and either press the #5 key three times, or press the + key and #5 key in rapid succession with one or two fingers, my preferred lexicon entry comes up.

To enable the shortcuts, go to the Control Panel - Ease of Access Center - Make the Mouse Easier to Use - Turn on Mouse Keys - Set up Mouse Keys. If you can't press the keys fast enough, you can slow down the pointer speed in the control panel.

I hope this helps someone.

Regards,

Michel Gilbert

I also found out that pressing the + key twice acts like a triple click.

I hope this stays the same in Accordance. It is easier to press the + key twice than the #5 and + key in rapid succession.
