I get a list of items to update and when I hit the "download" button I get the following error message preventing me from installing the updates. empty Message strListID = 7013 default textID = 1 explanationIdx = 0 I've restarted the application and my system and nothing is working. Right click on the Accordance icon on the desktop and choose 'run as administrator...' from the menu that pops up. This will allow you to download content update.
