Content Update - "Empty Message" Error

I am trying to update my content through the utilities menu. I get a list of items to update and when I hit the "download" button I get the following error message preventing me from installing the updates.

 

empty Message strListID = 7013

 

default textID = 1

 

explanationIdx = 0

 

I've restarted the application and my system and nothing is working.

 

Accordance 10.3.4.3

Windows 8.1

Hi,

 

You need to close the application. Right click on the Accordance icon on the desktop and choose 'run as administrator...' from the menu that pops up.

 

This will allow you to download content update.

Why doesn't Accordance automatically 'run as administrator'?
