Set Tool Display in a secondary ws brings primary to the fore

Hi ya,

 

Ver 10.3.3.1. I have a secondary ws with Wallace open. I set the tool display to alter the text it should use context. Clicking Use As Default or Ok results in the primary w/s coming to the fore. This is particularly confusing in respect of Use As Default because I am then no longer looking at Wallace but some other tool and I wonder what I'm setting for what until I read the popup and realise what's happened.
