Accordances crashes when scrolling while popup shown

Accordance 10.3.3.1 on Windows 8.1: Accordance always crashes when for example the instant details window is shown (by clicking and holding) and then the scrollwheel is used to navigate in one of the accordance modules.

I tested other popups like the module infos window or the highlighting popup window. I could also reproduce the crashes there.

 

Accordance doesn't crash, if the popup is closed before using the mouse wheel.

I am not seeing this on Windows 7.
