Sync error after updating to 1.7

I'm trying to sync modules, tools and notes from my mac to my iPad, and I keep running into this message:

 

I/O Error #-43 in the file "AccordSyncModules"

 

After hitting, OK, the sync is frozen. The error pops up no matter what different modules I choose to sync, and pops up at different times in the sync. I've not completed a successful sync since updating.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Correction/Update: When I unchecked My Notes, My Tools and My Highlights, everything synced fine.
