Scrolling by mouse key sticks in long paragraph tool entry

Hi ya,

 

Looking at the NET Notes on Eph 1:! specifically on note 2. I have it opened in a parallel pane. I click on the text in that pane and scroll down using the down arrow. Its a long note which extends way beyond the space in the pane. I get to the bottom and hit the down arrow and nothing much happens except that, like Dante the cursor descends out of sight. So then I keep hitting the down arrow quite a number of times and finally it repositions to the maps after that note, skipping the last half of the note text. I can get to it with the scroll bar and mouse, but with the arrow keys it jumps over it in both directions.
