BUG 10.3.1 - Table of Contents Stops Responding From Time to Time

I had just switched from 'Eardman's Dictionary' to 'Gathered Gold' via the dropdown (which currently shows 'Gathered Gold') when the table of contents became non-responsive. You can see in this screenshot

 

that there's some garbled/colored text above the text 'Introduction.' When this occurs, no mouse clicks are registered to twirl open various chapters/headings. The way I usually fix it is by hiding and then re-displaying the table of contents.

This appears to be fixed in 10.3.2. However while validating this bug, after having moved through about 10 resources, Accordance crashed: http://www.accordancebible.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=11310
