Try a restart of the computer, try a different WiFi network, try an uninstall and reinstall.... Contact our support department if the problem isn't solved here. Martin Z Posted October 3, 2013 Author Share Posted October 3, 2013 I have solved the problem.It seems the problem was that there was not enough space for the "temp" folder to download the database.I have changed the disc for the "temp" folder, and successfully downloaded all the data.
