  1. I Accordance for iOS 3.2.8 ( on on iPad [iOS 10.3.3 iPad 4th generation]. I attempted Synch with Mobile Device on my MBP (Accordance for Mac 13.3.2, [Mac OS 12.2.1 2021 16 inch MacBook Pro), but it hangs. Quitting the app in both and restarting did not work. The modules to update were NABRE and LSB. I tried deleting the older versions and use Easy Install, but to my chagrin, nothing shows up (and I have many, many modules). Removing saved session, clear download cache makes no difference. Now I cannot read either of those two texts on my iPad. Suggestions?
  2. If I open translator notes in parallel to the NABRE, sometimes the notes associated with the verse (indicated by asterisk or letter) do not appear, but instead the section heading appears. Instant details is inconsistent: sometime section heading, sometimes the note, sometimes nothing at all.
  3. When I hover over a superscripted letter or asterisk in the NAB Revised text, Instant Details is inconsistent. In some passages, the entry from NABRE Notes displays correctly (e.g., Is 2:1). In other verses (e.g., Is 2:2), the heading from the Outlines is shown. In other cases (e.g., Mt 8:5–11) hovering over any of the superscripted characters fails to display anything. When the NABRE Notes module was opened, I attempted to navigate between notes and outlines. The application froze, then crashed. Here is the crash log: Accordance Crash Log 11/28/21, 10:22:23 AM Accordance 13.3.2 (13.3.2) MacOS 11.6.1 Message: Access violation Address: $000000010DC0C834 Backtrace: 0 acord 0x000000010dc0c834 acord + 2365492 1 acord 0x000000010de0974d acord + 4450125 2 acord 0x000000010de09604 acord + 4449796 3 acord 0x000000010e17553e acord + 8037694 4 AppKit 0x00007fff22f75a06 -[NSWindow(NSEventRouting) sendEvent:] + 347 5 acord 0x000000010da31b1f acord + 420639 6 acord 0x000000010da3d3cb acord + 467915 7 AppKit 0x00007fff22ddcc8e -[NSApplication run] + 623 8 acord 0x000000010da3a6ae acord + 456366 Binaries: 0x000000000d9cb000 /Applications/Accordance.app/Contents/MacOS/acord 0x000000010eaa4000 /Applications/Accordance.app/Contents/Frameworks/SSZipArchive.framework/Versions/A/SSZipArchive 0x000000010eafa000 /Applications/Accordance.app/Contents/Frameworks/Sparkle.framework/Versions/A/Sparkle 0x000000010ebb8000 /Applications/Accordance.app/Contents/Frameworks/ObjectiveDropboxOfficial.framework/Versions/A/ObjectiveDropboxOfficial
  4. I was reading Sirach 19 in NETS, and noticed verses in brackets and italics. I wanted to see how they were translated in NABRE, the NABRE notes "Other ancient texts read as vv (or v) 18, 19; 21, etc" (not 20b, also in NETS) but the text of said verses is absent. The verse numbers are links, but instant details is blank when hovering over them. Clicking the link does not produce the missing text. These variant verses do appear in the print edition of NABRE. They also are found in Göttingen Sirach (but not Ralph's nor Swete). They are found in the print notes of the New Jerusalem, but alas, Accordance has never had the NJB Notes (I suspect they were never supplied in the electronic text). I have asked for those before, but see little hope of seeing them. I did report one instance of this phenomena via Report a Correction, but this appears to be a global issue in the NABRE Notes module as related to Sirach (e.g., Sir 20:32). I do not know how difficult it would be to add the missing text. I wonder if it was in the supplied e-text (given the recent provenance of this translation, it would be surprising if it was not part of the e-text). Please consider revising NABRE Notes to include the missing variant text.
