  1. Today I added article to my user notes. Manually added about 30-40 links. Then realised that I’ve added this note to the wrong Bible verse. I opened note, copied and pasted it in its correct place. But… all links are blue and underlined, but contain no actual link! Just a style is copied. I wonder how you could go up t v.13 with such an omission. Please fix this. This is major problem.
  2. I've seen various posts that mention similar issues, but most were for the Mac version. I'm running Accordance 13.1.2 on Windows 10 x64 (Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363) on a Dell Latitude E6540. If I select, let's say, Mark 1:9 (ESV) and do "Ctrl + Alt + C" to copy as a citation, then paste it... Here is what I get: “And it me to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.” (Mark 1:9) If I just do a "regular" (Ctrl + C) copy, then I get this: And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan. Notice that came is truncated to me when copied as a citation. In addition, if copying a larger passage as a citation, the spaces between verses are removed, like so: “And it me to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan. And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness. And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.” (Mark 1:9–13) Notice in the passage above that between every verse the period is squished right up against the beginning of the next verse without a space. This is quite problematic, because I have to proofread every citation! I'm hoping there's a simple fix for this. I've attached a screenshot showing my preferences panel for "Copy as Citation" as well my text selection that results in the pasted passage above. Thanks!
  3. I'm having two issues: (1) Anytime I "research" something, a window pops up saying that "Sample Tool v2" is missing and thus not searched (look at attached file). It instructs me to look for it in the "Library" or remove it from the program. First of all, I don't even know what that tool is and whether it's useful to me. But I'd also like to resolve it one way or another so that this window stops popping up. (2) I've synced my laptop, desktop, and iPhone with my DropBox account. And I've changed my preferences to open Accordance to "the last session." However, anytime I switch devices, not only does it not carry over any highlights, etc., but it also does not pick up where I left off on another device. Is there a way to make that work? Thank you, Jayse
  4. When I try to open some workspace which contains some Bible commentary or the Bible text module which is not present anymore, Accordance crash. I cannot open that workspace anymore — Accordance offers either to go to the web site to purchase the missing module, or continue, in which case it crashes. Why Accordance couldn't just ask me which commentary to use instead of the missing one, and save that configuration?

    Missing verse in all translations

Hi Accordance Tech Support, I seem to be missing one verse from all the English, Spanish and Greek translations. The verse is John 5:4; I know this verse differs in different manuscripts and there is a note on the ESV about it but there are several translations that does include this portion (NKJV, NASB, HCSBC, NIV, RVR60, LBLA, and more). Can this verse be added to the translations that do include it? Thank you
