Here’s a bit of an irony for you. (Background: I’m a longtime Accordance mac user. I’ve needed to do a complete uninstall - reinstall. So now setting up from scratch as a new user starting with default settings). I defy anyone here to navigate setup and preferences when the panels look like this (see attached. It’s more than ironic that this is the Appearance preferences panel). I have a headache from trying and I’ve barely started. So two things: (1) Can some kind person direct me to which ever setting I need to tweak to render the settings readable so I can then go from there. (2) If a member of the app dev team finds their way to this post, could they please fix the default appearance so no one else experiences this as their welcome to Accordance. In the name of humanity and mercy 😂

I have a new Mac, and wished to start clean, so I used Easy Install to download all modules. Many of the text have generic text icons rather than the "cover." Is there a way to correct this? Thank you very much!

one click yields gibberish instead of Hebrew
Michael J. Bolesta posted a topic in Bug Swatters - Mac
When using one click to amplify, the verse display is gibberish. Here is an example: Accordance for Mac 13.3.2, [Mac OS 11.6.1 Mid 2013 11 inch MacBook Air] -
I appreciate that we can change font size easily in all the panes, including Instant Details. My eyesight is weak and I have increased the font size in Instant Details to its maximum size. However, in Android and iPadOS/iOS the font size is still too small for me to read easily. It appears that there is a limit to the max font size. If you could either remove the max size, or increase its maximum size limit, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance, Dave A

Pasting from Accordance 13.1.4 in Big Sur (11.0.1 (20B29)) doesn't end up with the correct output as one would expect. Text gets copied, but bibliographical content does not get included when copying and pasting from Accordance into Pages or any text field really. Happy to do any follow up tests. JD

Earlier I could not synch between iOS and macOS versions of Accordance. I can, but consistently get the error message that the devices have never been synched. Then it indicates that there was a previous synch! I only use Accordance on my MacBook Air, iPhone, and iPad (three devices): Accordance for Mac 13.0.2 [Mac OS X 10.15.2 Mid 2013 11 inch MacBook Air] Accordance for iOS 3.0.4 (3.0.3.11461) [iOS 10.3.3 iPad 4th generation], [iOS 13.3 iPhone XS]

I'm running Mojave (10.14.3) and Accordance (12.3.3) I have a MacBook with Accordance and just added an iMac for my in-office machine. I just installed Accordance on the iMac and want to sync my notes. I store the files in Dropbox and confirmed that it's working by Accordance preferences > syncing > clicked "Link to Dropbox" and it reported "your files are already being managed by Dropbox manually". Here's the weird problem: I noticed that the iMac doesn't see any of my MacBook's notes in Dropbox except one called "Sample notes v2." So I created a new note on the iMac and it drops into the same dropbox folder beside the old notes. Seems to work there. BUT, if I wait for the file to sync, then start Accordance on the Macbook, the MacBook doesn't see the new user file created on the iMac either! In summary, both Accordance installations see an original file, and both installations see new notes created on that machine, but neither installation sees any notes created by the other machine (Again, I waited for the files to sync onto the other machine, then restarted Accordance after that). I tried the Merge button but that doesn't show the files in question either. This sounds crazy to me. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

While reading books/general tools in Accordance on different devices (on my phone at night, and iPad or Mac during the day), sometimes it's hard to figure out where I last was. For example I was reading a book on inductive preaching a while back. In the meantime I've both reinstalled OS, got a new device, and I have no idea where I read the last time I read this book. How do you guys go about preserving "last read" position? Do you use a custom highlight/symbol or something? (Accordance bookmarks are too temporary, I take it.)
