  1. Right now it appears that the "Get Verses" has pretty limited formatting options when working with an MS Word document (Word for Mac, in my case). I would love to see the ability to paste a set of verses that are "discontiguous" and blocked into paragraphs with the reference after each passage. Bibleworks had this feature in its "Pop-up Window," and it was very useful for sermons and any writing project where sets of verses are listed out. Accordance can do this if I input the texts one at a time in separate "Get Verses" instances. But otherwise I am left with some clunky options. In other words, I'd love to be able to type in "John 3:16; 1 John 4:7-12; Rev 21:1-2" in the Get Verses line and have it spit out: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16) Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 10 In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us. (1 John 4:7–12) Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. (Rev 21:1–2) Ideally, the verse numbers would be superscripts, too! Thanks, Daniel
  2. Hello I would love to have the ability to tick a checkbox with the following description: Adds Accordandance URL's to your citation. E.g. „Im Anfang schuf Gott die Himmel und die Erde.“ (1 Mose 1,1 Die Bibel. Elberfelder Übersetzung) Very cool would be if I can also tick that the citations comes in none link style. So the link are there but not visible in the Paper. For me this would be a great advantage. Now I add this to all my citations, for quick finding again. Greetings Fabian
  3. Hello I'm were happy if I can choose to Citation in the reverse order from what Accordance has now, plus the publication year. Now (1 Mose 1,1 Die Bibel. Elberfelder Übersetzung) My wish: (Die Bibel. Elberfelder Übersetzung 1994: 1Mo 1,1) So it is like the normal citations where the Book come first then the year and after the colon the site (or paragraph or Bible verse). Greetings Fabian
  4. Hello If I make a "Get Verses" action the Bible book names are not abbreviated which I have choose in the preferences. The result looks like: „Im Anfang schuf Gott die Himmel und die Erde.“ (1 Mose 1,1 Die Bibel. Elberfelder Übersetzung) Instead of (1 Mo 1,1 .....) Greetings Fabian
  5. Hello I don't know how to describe all things. But it don't work properly in many configuration with SBL and european notation. And if Get Verses import the Verse ref. as search then it doesn't change If I do this on another verse, it comes always the one from the beginning. Please give a look on this. Greetings Fabian
  6. I allowed the installer to turn on the "Get Verses" feature, which pops up when you press option-command-A. I use that key combo for other things and in any case don't find Get Verses to be very useful. I can't find any way to turn it off. I tried calling Live Chat; they couldn't help; and even technical support couldn't. HELP!!! GET IT OFF ME!!!

    Get Verses (Acc 11)

Hello Many Thanks for the Accordance 11. I have a little wish for the "Get Verses" function. It would be nice if I can select a verse or a passage of verses in a Bible (see pic 1) and then "Get Verses" and it is located in the field what I have selected. (pic 2) Greetings Fabian
