My mom does not have any theological training and just needs something to take notes on while at church and such. She had been using BibleGateway but apparently their note section is pretty limited and does not have bold or italics and asked me for a recommendation. She is on a Chromebook, but I saw another thread that said that Accordance apparently does work decently on Chromebook. I think given all this I should tell her to download Accordance Lite. Is this correct? I am not familiar with the Lite version, but I think it has a Note section and she can create notes like I do on the full Accordance (using bold or italics or whatever). Is this correct? If so, I should just tell her to go to https://www.accordancebible.com/and download the "Lite" version onto her Chromebook. Is this all correct? Thank you for your help, Kristin
I did a basic word search (for a specific example, I searched =הַ =מְרִי in BHS-4, though this behaviour occurred in other instances as well) and tried to use some of the "Copy As" features, but nothing worked, both trying the hot key (eg ctrl+alt+r) and using the right-click menu. It allows me to click the option, but then nothing gets carried over into the clipboard. Is this something that comes up only for Accordance Lite? What Works: Regular copying (Ie ctrl+c), Transliteration, Instant Details, Location URL What doesn't Work: Every other "Copy As" option Accordance 12.3.4 Lite Windows 7 (running as VirtualBox VM Guest on an Ubuntu 18 host if that matters); Dell Optiplex 7060 Thanks for your help!
